The objective of this work was evaluated the behavior 36 clone conillon coffee in Leopoldina municipal district. The experiment was conducted in Leopoldina’s Experimental Farm - MG, EPAMIG, in design was the randomized blocks, with 36 clones of conillon coffee and three replications. Each experimental unit was constituted of nine plants, were planted in rows 2.5 m apart with 1.0 m between plants in the rows. The selected clones they were coming of Instituto Capixaba de Pesquisa, Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural (INCAPER). The following agronomical characters were evaluated: vegetative vigor, with notes of 1-10; leaf rust severity (Hemileia vastatrix) - with notes of 1-5; cercospora severity (Cercospora coffeicola), with notes of 1-5; leaf miner severity (Leucoptera coffeella) - with notes of 1-5; pointer dry intensity - with notes of 1-4 and productivity. In the years 2007 and 2008, genetic variability was observed among 36 clone conillon coffee evaluated for vegetative vigor, pointer dry intensity, leaf rust severity and productivity. The code clones 04, 21, 24 e 28 stood out presenting larger productivities and vegetative vigor associates the drop intensity diseases and curses. Considering that it is preliminaries results, are still necessary future evaluations, for least four crops, to obtaining conclusive information and recommendations.
