Atividade enzimática da redutase do nitrato em cafeeiros sombreado e a pleno sol

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar as flutuações diurnas na atividade da redutase de nitrato em cafeeiros adulto (Coffea arabica L.), sombreado e a pleno sol, na parte aérea, nos terços médio e superior. A determinação da atividade da redutase de nitrato foi feita às 06:00 h, 12:00 h e 18:00 h. Observou-se que a atividade enzimática da redutase de nitrato alternou ao longo do período luminoso (6:00 h às 18:00 h), tanto no sistema sombreado quanto no sistema a pleno sol. Observou-se também maior atividade da enzima às 12:00 h no terço superior tanto do sistema pleno sol quanto do sistema sombreado.

The aim of this work was investigate the diurnal fluctuations of the nitrate reductase activity of coffee fields (Coffea arabica L.), shading and at full sun, in the upward and middle part of a plant. The determination of the activity of the nitrate reductase was done at 06:00 h, 12:00 h and 18:00 h. It was observed that the activity of the nitrate reductase alternated throughout day light period (6: 00 h to 18:00 h), in shading system as well as in full sun system. A major activity of the enzyme was verified at 12:00 h in upward of plant at full sun and the same behavior was observed in shading system.
