INFLUÊNCIA DO VOLUME DE CALDA NA QUALIDADE DA PULVERIZAÇÃO EM FRUTOS DO CAFEEIRO (Coffea arabica L.), AVALIADO COM CORANTE

Com o objetivo de verificar a qualidade da distribuição de uma pulverização pelos diferentes equipamentos e volumes de calda testados, o trabalho foi realizado em uma lavoura de café (Acaiá) localizada em uma fazenda do município de Campos Gerais/MG e constou de 3 volumes de calda (150, 300 e 600 L/ha), sendo o primeiro volume pulverizado com o turbopulverizador (Martignani) e os outros dois volumes seguintes com o turbopulverizador hidráulico convencional para café com 7 blocos. Sendo a parcela com 3 linhas de 10 plantas foram avaliadas as 4 plantas centrais de cada parcela. A avaliação de cobertura de frutos foi utilizado o corante amarelo fluorescente Saturn yellow a 0,15% na calda e atribuído notas de 0 a 4 (0 = ausência de gotas, 1 = 25% de cobertura, 2 = 50% de cobertura, 3 = 75% de cobertura e 4 = 100% de cobertura), dividindo a planta em duas partes para avaliação: superior e inferior, afim de analisar como esquema de parcelas subidivididas no espaço. As variáveis analisadas foram percentagem de cobertura de fruto atribuidas em notas. A análise estatística foi analisada pelo teste F e as médias foram avaliadas no programa SISVAR 4.3. Concluiu-se que as aplicações mais homogéneas foram alcançadas com os volumes de calda pulverizados com os turbopulverizadores com energia hidráulica; o volume de calda de 600 L/ha obteve maior nota de percentagem de cobertura; o método de avaliação por corantes é muito passível de erros necessitando aparelhos com maior precisão para se utilizar tal recurso.
Having the objective of verifying the quanlity of distribution a spray by different equipment and tested carrier volume, the work was carried out on a farming of coffee (Acaiá) located on a farm in the town of Campos Gerais/MG, and it consisted of 3 carrier volumes (150, 300 and 600 L/ha), being the first volume pulverized with Martignani turbopulverizator, and the 2 others with the conventional turbopulverizator for coffee with 7 blocks, forming the randomized blocks design (DBC). The plot consisted of 3 rows with 10 plants, where the 4 central plants of each plot were evaluated. The evaluation of coverage of fruit was used to pigment yellow fluorescent yellow Saturn to 0,15% in carrier and given notes from 0 to 4 (0 = absence of drops, 1 = 25% coverage, 2 = 50% coverage, 3 = 75% coverage and 4 = 100% coverage), dividing the plant in two parts for evaluation: upper and lower, to examine how scheme divided plots in space. The variables were analyzed percentage of coverage of fruit attributed in notes. The statistical analysis was analyzed by the F test and the means were compared by the Tukey test at 5% of significance in SISVAR 4.3 program. It’s concluded that the applications were more homogeneous achieved with the carries volumes sprayed with turbopulverizator with hydraulic energy; the carrier volume of 600 L / ha obtain biggest note of percentage of coverage; the method of avaluation by colouring is very likely to errors requiring equipment with biggest precision to use this feature.
