PERFIL DO TRABALHADOR RURAL EM FAZENDAS CAFEEIRAS CERTIFICADAS E NÃO CERTIFICADAS

Abstract

Atualmente a cafeicultura vem mudando seus paradigmas e cada vez mais procurando alternativas viáveis para uma maior agregação de valor em seus produtos, e com isso a certificação vem crescendo nesse meio. O objetivo desse trabalho foi comparar o perfil dos trabalhadores rurais de fazendas certificadas e não certificadas do sul de Minas Gerais. Estima-se que exista diferença no perfil dos trabalhadores rurais graças ao aspecto social e prevencionista que envolve o processo de certificação das fazendas. Para identificar a diferença entre o perfil foi feito um questionário que foi aplicado em trabalhadores nas duas modalidades, onde foi feita a estatística que está expressa em forma de gráficos. Conforme previsto, as fazendas certificadas oferecem melhores condições de saúde, higiene e trabalho, superando as fazendas não certificadas.

Today, coffee is changing your paradigms and increasingly looking for alternatives to a more value added in their products, and with this, the certification is growing. The objective of this study was to compare the profile of rural workers from certified farms and not certified in southern Minas Gerais. It is estimated that there is difference in the profile of rural workers by the social aspect and preventionist involving the process of certification of farms. To identify the difference between the profile was made one questionnaire that was applied to rural workers in both farms models, and the statistic that is expressed in graph form. As expected, the certified farms offer better health, hygiene and work, overcoming the farms not certified.
