The micronutrients are required just for the fact act as catalysts for enzymatic reactions. The main deficiencies of micronutrients found in Brazilian soils are zinc and boron. This study aimed to investigate the importance of phosphorus in coffee reception and its reaction with micro-nutrients, especially B and Zn. The experiment was carried out from September 2007 to October 2008, at Farm grass, city of Guaxupé (MG), was used as a variety ofNew World Coffee IAC 379-19. The experimental design was a randomized block with eight treatments and four replicates, the experimental plots consisted of six plants. Under these conditions it was concluded that, 120 days after the application was no significant difference in the levels of B and Zn analyzed via sheet. At 350 days after application, the phosphorus levels decreased the levels of Zn in leaves, except for treatments 1 (control) and 3 (100 kg P2O5 ha-1), and the same was not observed for B.
