Rentabilidade econômica comparativa de custos variáveis do sistema café conilon com pupunha em sombreamento

Abstract

A análise econômica do sistema arborizado do café (Coffea canephora Pierre ex Froenher) com a pupunheira (Bactris gasipaes Kunth) visa avaliar o incremento econômico proporcionado pelo cultivo da pupunha. A arborização provoca um decréscimo da produção do café. Por outro lado, apontado pelos trabalhos de pesquisa, o sombreamento reduz sensivelmente as variações bienais do café, mantendo a estabilidade da produção, a biodiversidade e a conservação de recursos. Assim, a busca de outros produtos proporcionado pela arborização, pode gerar benefícios. Este estudo procurou identificar o ganho econômico optando-se pelo uso do sombreamento do cafezal. O experimento foi implantado na Fazenda Experimental de Bananal do Norte, num delineamento em blocos casualizados, contendo cinco tratamentos e quatro repetições. A testemunha (T1), constituída pelo plantio de café conilon em monocultivo. Os demais tratamentos foram com o café conilon arborizado com pupunhas espaçadas de 6,0 m x 2,0 m (T2); 6,0 m x 1,0 m (T3); 3,0 m x 2,0 m (T4) e 3,0 m x 1,0 m (T5). O café foi cultivado em um único espaçamento de 3,0 m entre linhas e 1,5 m entre plantas, em todos os tratamentos. O trabalho foi implantado, numa área total de 1350 m2. Cada parcela foi constituída de 36 plantas de café. Para as avaliações, a parcela útil foi composta por 8 plantas de café localizadas no centro de cada parcela. No caso da pupunheira, foram avaliadas todas as plantas que estavam dentro das parcelas úteis. A exceção ficou para os tratamentos T4 e T5, onde as pupunheiras adjacentes influenciaram no sombreamento do café. Conclui-se que a cultura da pupunheira trouxe um incremento econômico da ordem de 235,57%, 178,92%, 201,07% e 272,81%, respectivamente, para os tratamentos T2, T3, T4 e T5, quando comparados ao tratamento T1.

The arborization provokes a decrease of the production of the coffee. On the other hand, it is pointed by the research works that the hatching significantly reduces the biennial variations of the coffee keeping the stability of the production, biodiversity, and the conservation of resources. Thus the search of the product in the culture of proportionate coffee for the hatching can generate benefits. This study it looked for to identify the economic profit of if opting to the use of the hatching of the coffee plantation. The experiment was implanted in the pertaining Farm of Banana plantation of the North, in an experimental delineation block-type casualizados, contends five treatments and four repetitions. The witness (T1), constituted of the coffee plantation conilon in monoculture. The too much treatments had been with the woody coffee conilon with peach palm plants spaced of 6,0 m x 2,0 m (T2); 6,0 m x 1,0 m (T3); 3,0 m x 2,0 m (T4) and 3,0 m x 1,0 m (T5). The coffee was cultivated in an only espaçamento, of 3,0 m between lines and 1,5 m between plants, in all the treatments. The work is implanting with four repetitions, in a total area of 1350 m2. Each parcel was constituted of 36 plants of coffee. For the evaluations, the useful parcel was composed for 8 located plants of coffee in the center of each parcel. In the case of the peach palm plants the plants had been evaluated all that were inside of the useful parcels. The exception was for the treatments T4 and T5, where the adjacent peach palm plants had influenced in the hatching of the coffee. One concludes that the culture of the peach palm plants brought a economic increment of the 235,57% order; 178.92%; 201.07% and 272.81%, respectively, for the T2 treatments, T3, T4 and T5, when compared with treatment T1.
