The objective of this work was to evaluate the fungal incidence in the seed of Coffea canephora cv. ‘Apoatã’ and ‘Robusta Tropical-EMCAPER 8151’. The seeds were packed in transparent polyethylene bags and stored for 12 months under temperature of 4 ± 3°C. The design was it randomized entirely with four replication, using the method of a filter paper in Petri dishes. The fungal incidence was evaluate weekly and after 28 days of incubation the seed was evaluated and the microorganisms were quantified and identified, with the utilization of optical microscope. The fungal Fusarium sp. and Aspergillus sp. were identified in the seeds of Robusta coffee with 12 mounth of storage.
