MATURAÇÃO DOS FRUTOS NA QUALIDADE DA COLHEITA MECANIZADA EM CAFÉ IRRIGADO

Abstract

A variação no grau de maturação dos frutos altera a qualidade do produto final, e a variação na freqüência de vibração das hastes altera esta distribuição. Assim o presente trabalho teve o objetivo de avaliar a colheita mecanizada do café cultivado sob pivô central sob a distribuição de maturação dos frutos e os danos causados às plantas, por duas freqüências de vibração das hastes. Foram avaliados a distribuição da maturação dos frutos colhidos, e das perdas por café caído e remanescente na planta, e à desfolha causada às plantas. As condições da produção inicial da cultura com elevara da variabilidade das amostras fizeram com que os índices de qualidade da colheita também apresentassem distribuição assimétrica, e assim as freqüências de vibração das hastes não alteraram significativamente nenhum dos índices de colheita, inclusive não diferiram quanto aos danos causados às plantas. Quanto à maturação, observou-se predominância de frutos no estádio passa na produção inicial da cultura e nos índices de perdas por café caído e remanescente nas plantas, e para o café colhido houve predominância de frutos nos estádios cereja e passa, visando qualidade dos frutos.The variation in the degree of ripeness of the fruit changes the final product quality, and variation in the frequency of vibration of the rods changes this distribution. Therefore this study was to evaluate the mechanical harvesting of coffee grown under center pivot in the distribution of fruit maturation and damage to plants, for two frequencies of vibration of the rods. We evaluated the distribution of maturation of the fruits, coffee and losses by remaining in plant and fallen, and caused defoliation of plants. The conditions of the initial production of crops with high variability of the samples meant that the indices of quality of the harvest also presented skewed distribution, and thus the vibration frequencies of the stems did not significantly alter any of the harvest indices, including the damage did not differ caused to plants. As for maturity, there is a predominance of berries of passes in the initial production of the crop and loss rates for coffee dropped and remaining on the plants and the harvested coffee fruits predominated in the stadiums and cherry passes, seeking fruit quality.
