Beauveria bassiana é considerado o mais eficiente agente para controle microbiano de Hypothenemus hampei (Ferrari), uma das principais pragas do café. A associação de B. bassiana com outros produtos pode aumentar a eficiência de controle, porém é necessário conhecer o efeito da mistura, principalmente em relação ao desenvolvimento do entomopatógeno. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito dos inseticidas orgânicos Neudosan e Organic Neen (nas concentrações de 1, 2 e 3%) em relação ao desenvolvimento in vitro de B. bassiana. As variáveis avaliadas foram: germinação dos conídios, unidades formadoras de colônias (UFC), crescimento vegetativo, produção e produtividade de conídios. Organic Neem (2 e 3 %) reduziu a germinação em aproximadamente 15% em relação à testemunha. As UFC não foram afetadas negativamente pelos produtos. Neudosan (3%) aumentou as UFC em 32,19% em relação à testemunha. Para Organic Neem (1, 2 e 3%) o fungo cresceu sobre toda a placa, não sendo possível fazer a avaliação. No crescimento vegetativo observou-se redução de 15 %, na área da colônia, em relação à testemunha, no tratamento com Neudosan (3%). Para o Organic Neem (2 e 3%) a redução foi de aproximadamente 30%. A produção e produtividade de conídios com Neudosan (1 e 3%) e Organic Neem (1, 2 e 3%) não diferiram da testemunha. Com Neudosam (2%) houve um incremento de 68% na produção e de 51% na produtividade quando comparados à testemunha. Os produtos Neudosam e Organic Neem, nas concentrações de 1, 2 e 3%, são compatíveis com B. bassiana.

The association of B. bassiana with other products could improve the control efficiency, but it is necessary to know the effect of the mixture, mainly in relation to the entomopathogen development. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of organic insecticides Neudosam and Organic Neen (in the concentrations of 1, 2 and 3%) in relation to the in vitro B. bassiana development. The variables analyzed were: conidia germination, colony forming united (CFU), vegetative grow, conidia production and productivity.
