Faixa crítica foliar para o cafeeiro arábica da região de Manhuaçu - MG no verão e no inverno

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho foi propor faixa crítica foliar no verão e no inverno, para cafeeiro arábica cultivado na região de Manhuaçu, na Zona da Mata de Minas Gerais, região que se destaca como um grande pólo de produção de café tendo muitas lavouras altamente produtivas, portanto, este trabalho pode contribuir na realização de diagnósticos dessas lavouras, pois diferentes de outros trabalhos sua faixa critica para verão foi baseada em lavouras com produtividade média em dois anos igual ou superior a 60 sacas por hectare e para inverno (igual ou superior a 50 sacas por hectare). Determinaram-se os teores foliares de N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, B, Cu, Fe, Mn e Zn em 200 lavouras. Foram selecionadas para estabelecer as faixas críticas (média, desvio padrão e coeficiente de variação), 22 lavouras, tendo suas amostras foliares coletadas no verão e 18 lavouras com amostragem foliar feita no inverno. Para comparar as faixas estabelecidas, utilizou-se o teste "t" de Student. Os teores médios do N, P e S foram maiores no verão, e o teor foliar do Fe e Mn foram maiores no inverno. As faixas críticas devem ser regionais e específicas para a época do ano (verão e inverno).

The objective of this work was to consider foliar critical band in the summer and the winter, for cultivated coffee tree Arabian in the region of Manhuaçu, Zona of Mata of Minas Gerais, region that if detaches as a great polar region of coffee production having many productive coffee crop highly, therefore, this work can contribute in the diagnostic accomplishment of these coffee crop, therefore different of other works its band critical for summer was based on coffee crop with equal or superior average productivity in two years the 60 bags for hectare and for winter (equal or superior the 50 bags for hectare). The foliar texts of N, P had been determined, K, Ca, Mg, S, B, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn in 200 coffee crop. They had been selected to establish the critical bands (average, shunting line standard and coefficient of variation), 22 coffee crop, having its foliar samples collected in the summer and 18 coffee crop with made foliar sampling in the winter. To compare the established bands, the test was used "t" of Student. The average texts of the N, P and S had been bigger in the summer, and the foliar text of the Fe and Mn had been bigger in the winter. The critical bands must be regional and specific for the time of the year (summer and winter).
